Job Description:
- Analyze, develop, and implement long-term supply chain strategies addressing capacity and production location decisions.
- Support new programs (promotional activities, forecasts, new product launches, network redesigns).
- Monitor sales & operations KPIs, cost-to-serve, and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Ensure optimal inventory supply to DCs and spokes, manage demand and supply planning using systems like SAP, Blue Yonder, BY System.
- Drive continuous improvement, financial analysis, performance & cost initiatives.
- Collaborate with global/regional teams on new product launches and supply transitions.
Skills Required: - Bachelor’s in Engineering, Information Science, Data Management, Computer Science, or related
- 3–5 years of planning experience
- Experience with SAP, Blue Yonder (and ERP systems, MRP)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel (macros, VBA), Access, Power BI, etc.
- Knowledge of supply chain processes
- Lean/Six Sigma (green/black belt) is a plus
