What You’ll Do:

As a Human Resources Intern at SuperProcure, you’ll gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Drafting role-specific job descriptions and posting openings on job boards and social media
  • Screening candidate applications based on set criteria and managing shortlists
  • Conducting initial HR interviews and coordinating subsequent rounds
  • Preparing onboarding documentation and maintaining employee databases
  • Ensuring compliance with policies and legal HR standards
  • Assisting in organizing employee engagement activities and morale-boosting events

  • Pre-final or final year undergraduates in Human Resources, Management, or related fields
  • Familiarity with full-cycle recruitment, HRIS, ATS, and resume databases
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, plus attention to detail and multitasking ability
