Job Description & Responsibilities

Be a backbone of Deloitte’s US‑India Engagement Support team in Hyderabad. As an Associate Analyst, you’ll support client deliverables across audits, tax, consulting, and advisory services for US-based clients. Key duties include:

  • Creating and maintaining Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) to ensure accurate engagement tracking and billing control
  • Coordinating with multiple internal teams—Finance, Client Leadership, Advisory—to gather approvals, update stakeholders, and ensure deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations
  • Diligently analyzing data, validating project details, and managing documentation using tools like CRM, SAP, Salesforce, Jupiter, and Paradigm as needed
  • Preparing status updates, reporting financial and operational insights, and supporting on-call leadership decisions

🎓 Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field from a recognized university
  • Strong communication skills—verbal, written, client-facing
  • Excellent attention to detail, analytical thinking, and data validation abilities
  • Familiarity or quick learning capability with CRM, ERP, Salesforce – experience is a plus
  • Effective time management, multitasking, and stakeholder coordination
  • Comfortable working evening shift hours (2 PM–11 PM IST)
