Job Description:
As a Jr. Trainee in the Premium Processing (PP) team, you will support day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate completion of premium processing tasks. You will collaborate with senior technicians, engage in personal development, and uphold service delivery standards across SLAs and KPIs. The role is based in Pune with a hybrid work option (up to 50% remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete premium processing activities accurately and timely.
- Communicate issues to senior technicians.
- Participate in training and feedback sessions.
- Follow compliance and audit protocols.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory)
