As a Recruitment Intern, you’ll work alongside Sprinto’s talent team to:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow
- Maintain and manage applicant pipelines using ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, BambooHR)
- Support employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market research
Full-Cycle Recruiting Support
- Collaborate with hiring managers on role requirements and candidate personas
- Schedule interviews, conduct screenings, coordinate reference checks
- Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the lifecycle
Recruitment Operations & Analytics
- Track KPIs: time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, etc.
- Create recruitment dashboards using Excel or Power BI
- Help optimize workflows and improve hiring efficiency

Key Skills:
- LinkedIn Sourcing & Boolean Search
- ATS (Lever, Greenhouse, BambooHR, Workday)
- Excel for analytics and reporting
- Communication & Coordination
Preferred Profile:
- Internships in HR, recruiting, sales, or customer service
- Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRMs
- Excellent research, time management, and problem-solving
