🔹 Job Description

As a Digital Content Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Perform quality checks on the Prime Video content catalog—metadata, images, subtitles, audio, and video—to enhance viewer satisfaction
  • Follow and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) accurately
  • Identify content defects and use internal tools to resolve or report issues
  • Proactively highlight issues affecting deliverables and escalate them
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding issues and updates
  • Track and meet productivity and quality targets within service-level agreements (SLAs)

This role requires five days a week onsite collaboration, contributing to Prime Video’s agile and scalable video operations.
