As a System Engineer L1 at Wipro, you will:

  • Provide remote desktop support for Windows, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, and security applications
  • Respond to incoming calls and emails, resolving user issues efficiently

  • Develop process improvements and SOPs for recurring technical problems
