🔹 Job Description
As part of Deloitte’s Quality & Risk team, you’ll:
- Perform thorough independence checks on third-party relationships using internal systems and external databases (Factiva, Hoovers, ASIC, etc.).
- Research and document corporate structures, shareholding details, locations, and relevant audit independence risks.
- Analyze database outputs to determine the relevance of matches and reach initial conclusions.
- Maintain and update trackers, logs, and evidence of findings.
- Support ongoing monitoring activities and completeness testing.
- Communicate clearly with senior team members and escalate issues promptly.
- Learn Deloitte’s global policies and systems while collaborating closely with Australian colleagues.

Key Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in researching via financial/business databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Analytical thinking and ability to follow documented processes
