Job Description
As a Central Operations Support Executive (Remote), you will:
- Support daily Amazon Fresh operations and central control center activities, coordinating metrics and performance remotely via calls, emails, and field interactions
- Monitor assigned sites for operational efficiency, trigger audits or corrective action, and liaise with field executives for resolution
- Prepare reports by extracting data per SOPs and analyze trends to propose process enhancements
- Design, deploy, and refine SOPs, while identifying disruptions through pattern recognition and scrutinizing data for implications
- Handle inbound seller calls and routine business-as-usual tasks as required; the role includes working weekends and shift flexibility
Candidate Profile
