🔹 Job Description
As a Cloud Specialist at Cognizant, you’ll:
- Manage OS Imaging using MS MDT and desktop systems via SCCM and Intune.
- Handle application/package/task‑sequence creation, UAT, pilot and production deployments.
- Perform monthly patching/security updates and SCCM infrastructure upgrades.
- Monitor client health, clean reports, and resolve ServiceNow L3 incidents (RITM/INC/CR).
- Write SQL/WQL queries, PowerShell scripts, and generate inventory & status reports.
- Conduct audits, maintain cloud documentation, and support cross‑functional collaboration for seamless Azure/desktop operations.
