🔹 Job Description

You’ll be the frontline supporter for BigBasket’s customers—answering queries via phone, chat, and email, troubleshooting issues related to orders, payments, and product information. You must maintain accuracy in documentation and follow established procedures. Expect rotational shifts between 06:00 AM – 11:45 PM, rigorous SLA adherence, and performance metrics tracking. Initial three months will be fully on-site, transitioning later to a hybrid model with periodic office days.


🔹 Candidate Profile

Key Skills:

  • Strong communication in English, Hindi & Telugu (or Bengali/Marathi)
  • Typing speed 20–25 WPM
  • Customer empathy and problem-solving
  • Ability to work in rotational and night shifts

Preferred Profile:

  • Immediate joiners
  • Prior BPO/customer service experience
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Comfortable with documentation and performance targets
