🔹 Job Description
As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll field inbound international calls (primarily UK/US), address billing and technical issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience under strict SLAs. Responsibilities include query resolution, accurate documentation, maintaining first-call resolution, and maintaining high-quality standards. You’ll work rotational shifts (5 weekdays with weekends off) within Pune’s dynamic BPO environment, leveraging Tech Mahindra’s global support infrastructure to deliver exceptional service.

- Proficient in international voice processes (US/UK)
