🔹 Job Description
You’ll be the first point of contact for travel-related customer inquiries via inbound calls—handling aviation, hotel, and cab bookings, processing payments, managing account services, and occasionally upselling. Key tasks include:
- Swift and accurate data entry (35 wpm at ≥85% accuracy)
- Navigating customer and finance-related questions
- Switching tasks fluidly and maintaining service quality during rotational 24×7 shifts
- Operating efficiently within call parameters while upselling when appropriate
On-site attendance is mandatory; cab support is provided during night shifts for candidates within 25 km.
