You will deliver comprehensive support across desktops, laptops, printers, monitors, network connectivity, and AV systems. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring support channels and efficiently logging/resolving tickets
- Managing IT inventory, device onboarding/offboarding, and vendor relations
- Ensuring AV readiness in conference rooms and troubleshooting live events
- Supporting network connectivity issues and collaborating with networks teams
- Handling iOS/macOS configurations and security compliance
- Diagnosing hardware/software problems and maintaining ticket records
