🔹 Job Description

Superset Varsity’s Graduate Virtual Career Fair (Phase 6) aims to connect recent graduates with multiple job roles in the fields of software support, application support, IT operations, and technical customer service.
Software Support Engineers will develop and test software components, write and optimize queries, and resolve tickets.
Application Support Engineers will maintain and support enterprise applications by running test cases and ensuring functionality aligns with business goals.
Technical Support Specialists will diagnose and resolve IT issues while collaborating with other teams to maintain IT efficiency.
IT Operations Associates will be responsible for production server maintenance, job monitoring, and SOP execution.
This is a full-time opportunity and ideal for those passionate about IT support, software troubleshooting, and operations.
