As an International Chat Support Executive at IntouchCX, you’ll:

  • Handle real-time chat with international clients (US/UK/Australia)
  • Manage 2–4 simultaneous chat sessions efficiently
  • Resolve product, service, or order-related queries
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors
  • Maintain high response and satisfaction KPIs
  • Record interactions accurately and follow chat guidelines
  • Support rotating shifts, including night and weekend coverage
