🔹 Job Description
You will support the Engineering team in SMT & TEST programming activities, assist in the preparation of PCBA documentation for NPI products, and maintain process flow and work instructions. Engage closely with process and manufacturing teams to develop detailed manufacturing information. Apply knowledge of SMT processes, RFQ workflows, and quality management systems. Utilize PLM/ERP tools for engineering change management. Through continuous process improvement and adherence to standards, you’ll contribute to workflow optimization and efficiency improvements across the production line.

Key Skills:
- Electronics components and PCBA knowledge
- SMT process understanding
- Technical documentation creation for NPI
- PLM / ERP tools familiarity (e.g. Valor NPI)
