🔹 Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality product support for Kore.ai’s enterprise-grade AI solutions. You will troubleshoot customer issues, conduct root cause analysis using logs, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure resolution within agreed SLAs. Daily activities include managing tickets, handling customer communication over email, chat, and phone, and documenting solutions in the knowledge base. You will work closely with engineering to implement product features, test fixes, and contribute to platform enhancements. Exposure to APIs, SDKs, web and mobile technologies, and enterprise SaaS tools is part of the job. Shift work and escalation handling may be required.
🔹 Candidate Profile
Key Skills:
- Customer support for web/mobile application products
- SLA-based issue tracking and resolution
- Root cause analysis using logs
- Proficiency in at least one programming language
Preferred Profile:
- Experience with Node.js, HTML, CSS
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Familiarity with Postman, API testing, Zendesk, HubSpot, JIRA, VS Code
- Understanding of web/app servers and browser developer tools
- ITIL Fundamentals certification
- Additional global languages
- Basic Java or scripting skills
