Job Description
You will act as the first point of contact for internal B2B users, managing support tickets via voice, chat, email and service portals. Responsibilities include diagnosing, prioritizing and resolving IT incidents related to software, hardware, VDI and network access. You’ll accurately record issues and resolutions using helpdesk tools, track ticket progress, adhere to SLA and TAT parameters, and maintain service logs. Collaboration with downstream teams for escalations or handoffs is key. You will also assist with MIS reporting, feedback collection, process documentation updates and suggest improvements. This role demands strong communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and customer service.
