Sutherland is looking for enthusiastic and career-driven freshers to join their dynamic US Healthcare voice support team. Candidates will be handling calls related to healthcare insurance processes, claims, billing, and member services. Strong communication skills, flexibility to work in US night shifts, and a customer-first mindset are essential.
