🔹 Job Description
As a System Engineer – L1, you’ll:
- Provide remote technical support for Windows OS, Outlook, Teams, Citrix, VDI, VPN, security apps, and other environments
- Handle incoming calls and emails, empathetically pacify and assist customers
- Diagnose, document, and resolve complaints using standard operating procedures
- Escalate issues to supervisors when needed and route tickets appropriately
- Identify recurring problems and collaborate to create SOPs for new scenarios
- Maintain detailed call logs and reports, and alert managers of trends to drive improvements
