🔍 Job Description & Responsibilities

MetLife seeks a Mandarin‑fluent Assistant Manager to lead vendor management and act as the primary relationship owner for the China market. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring vendor SLAs and KPIs are met while driving vendor performance, overseeing contracts, and managing escalations .
