🔍 Role Description
As a Service Desk Analyst (L1) at Wipro, you will serve as the initial point of contact for B2B users, handling IT service desk requests via calls, emails, chats, and portal tickets. Your responsibilities include:
- Responding to and logging support requests
- Supporting end-user hardware, software, and network issues
- Meeting defined SLAs and maintaining daily MIS logs
- Escalating unresolved issues per helpdesk policy
- Identifying process improvements and feedback to internal teams
You will manage performance metrics such as TAT, SLA adherence, escalation volume, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining regular documentation and attendance standards .

- Previous experience (0–4 years) in IT support / service desk roles
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with ticket-tracking systems (e.g. ServiceNow, TIS)
- Ability to learn and support standard IT equipment and software

- Problem-solving skills and client relationship focus
