🔎 Role Description

As a Desktop Support Engineer at Zycus, you’ll be at the forefront of ensuring seamless IT operations for internal teams. You’ll:

  • Install and troubleshoot issues across Windows OS (7/8/10), Outlook, MS Office suites, file-print services, and key business applications.
  • Manage devices including desktops, thin clients, laptops, printers, and scanners.
  • Deploy and migrate systems in line with company standards.
  • Provide remote support via tools like Skype for Business and WebEx to both domestic and international users.
  • Maintain system security through virus updates, patch deployment, and proactive incident handling.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical staff across time zones.

✅ Candidate Profile & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MCA/BCA, or M.Sc IT
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting OS, hardware, and software issues (freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
  • Familiar with Office 365, logical troubleshooting, and incident management
  • Effective communicator, capable of supporting global teams via remote tools
  • Time management and a structured approach to ticket resolution
  • Ready to work rotational shifts, supporting 24/7 business continuity
